A two-session package designed to give you clarity and confidence in your fitness routine. Whether you’re getting started, returning after time away, or simply looking for more direction, the Personal Fitness Blueprint gives you the structure and guidance to move forward with purpose. Begin with a personalized assessment and goal-setting session, followed by a customized workout plan and guidance you can continue on your own — with a written program to support you every step of the way.
All sessions are conducted in the Rosedale Fitness Center or Movement Studio.
Your first session includes:
A movement and mobility assessment
Discussion of health history and goals
Strength and balance screening
A clear plan forward
From there, your program evolves with you — progressing safely and effectively.
